As an experienced industry solicitor, when he first set up on his own account in 2001, Paul Page-Tickell had the basic notion to establish the legal service he wished he had available to him whilst in-house; cost-effective, bottom-line and tangible and trusted legal solutions.

In order to provide the bandwidth of lawyers and full spectrum specialist advice required by its clients, ViHPS has evolved as the virtual legal counsel offering of the Spectrum Alliance of independent legal practices, with which it merged its existing network in 2010.
