We promise to give you as much visibility of our pricing as possible.  We always agree our fees in advance and act on your authority.

In Outline
We usually quote our prices as an hourly rate based on the number of hours contracted for any given period.  The longer you commit to use our services, the lower the hourly rate we will offer to you.

Whilst we do offer ad-hoc rates on a time and materials’ basis for unexpected assignments, most of our clients engage us in a planned way and benefit from one of our VIH price plans, which provide budgeting certainty.

All our prices exclude VAT.  We also charge out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements to our clients at cost.
